Jaywalk was commissioned to design a world map for a private client. We decided to realize the work using three panels that feature a network of CNC milled dots to describe the land masses. The holes are filled with an epoxy resin that can be tinted in many different colors. The epoxy gets sanded until it is flush with the surface of the panels. World Trip is easy to hang on any wall using a system of hidden cleats. Jaywalk also provided the client with colored stickers that match the size of the dots to indicate places she has visited around the globe.
